Warranties - all items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchases will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. In case of warranty claims it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer for claim processes. Cobaltmania.com, Kayalonmotorsports and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Cobaltmania.com and Kayalonmotorsports offer no warranties on products purchased from the web site www.cobaltmania.com.
Returns - To request an, exchange or credit for a part please contact our customer service department or use your cobaltmania.com account to request a RMA. You will be notified by email of the RMA approval and the return procedures. A majority of the time problems with installation can be solved with a phone call to our customer service department or the manufacturer. In the event a return is warranted, cobaltmania.com and the manufacturer will not accept the return without a valid RMA being issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returned orders. Parts returned for store credits are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within the 30 days of shipment date. All parts returned must be returned in original packaging material with all pieces and documentation accounted for refund consideration. Packages missing items or documentation will be charged additional fees.
Exchanges - Exchanges will be accepted if the delivered part is not the one ordered or if the delivered part was marked in error. Immediately contact cobaltmania.com customer service for assistance.

Returns, exchanges and warranties depend on manufacturer/distributor policies and cobaltmania.com and Kayalonmotorsports will always defer to them.
Cobaltmania.com and Kayalonmotorsports will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.
Damage Claims - It is your responsibility to inspect the contents of your shipment upon delivery while the delivery driver is present. It is important that you note any damage on the delivery receipt. The carrier and not cobaltmania.com or Kayalonmotorsports or the manufacturer/distributor is responsible to process any claims on your behalf for items damaged in transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of delivery if you notice additional damage. Cobaltmania.com and Kayalonmotorsports are not responsible for any claims arising from damage given after 3 days.
Shortages - Always inspect the contents of your delivery to ensure all the parts ordered are received with all the pieces. If you're missing parts or pieces please check to see if they are on back order. If a shortage is verified please contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to get the parts to you in a timely manner.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues require a digital picture accompany the request for an RMA.
Do not ship your item back until you have a RMA.
Once your RMA has been approved you must within 7 business days ship the item back to the address indicated in the RMA instructions.
The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box
All items must be shipped prepaid and fully insured.
Return packages damaged in transit will be refused and returned to the customer.
Return packages received with unpaid shipping costs will be returned to the customer When the return has been received it will be validated and checked to insure that all pieces are include, that no sign of installation is evident, that no sign of alteration is evident and that all documentation is included.
If any discrepancies are noted you will be notified with further instructions.
If everything is in order you will be refunded or credited the cost of the part minus shipping and handling and a 30% restocking fee.
